Red Buddha - Folk Arts of Nepal

Nepal, birthplace of Lord Buddha and home of Mount Everest, is a little known country nestled high in the Himalayas between India and Tibet. Inhabited mostly by the Newars and Mongol minority groups who migrated from China and Tibet hundreds of years ago, Nepal, once known as the Forbidden Kingdom has been opened to the modern world in 1952.
